Step 1: Customization Process

1, Information input: customer need to provide ai/cdr format or transparent background PSD format logo artwork and pantone code. We will do free consultation service.

2, Design output: we will do free design service, provide Badge holder and lanyard design drawing for customer confirmation.

3, Make sample: Badge holder and lanyard printing sample will be charged for certain sample fee. Customer need to confirm sample picture or product.

4, Sign order: payment term is 50% down payment after the order is confirmed by both parties.

5, Delivery: balance need to be paid before shipment, it will take about 7 to 10 days for production, and about 3 to 7 days delivery by DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Step 2: Lanyard Customization Guideline

1, Custom information limit: minimal 30mm end distance, minimal 2mm edge distance, little character height 2mm, 1.75mm bleeding.

2, Design example: design drawing VS production drawing

3, Design rendering: we provide 2D lanyard drawings and actual renderings, then start to make sample after confirmed by customer.

4, Sample processing: after the design drawing is confirmed, we will do heat transfer printing and laser cutting on Polyester braid, after that to assemble lanyard with holder clip.

5, Sample approval: as soon as customer approve final sample and sign the contract, we will start to make production.

Customized Lanyard specification

Material: Polyester braid

Width: 15mm or 20mm

Length: 900-1000mm (standard is 920mm)

Thickness: 0.6mm or 0.7mm (default 0.6mm, tolerance +/- 0.05mm)

Printing: heat transfer

Remarks: lanyard is applicable to all Carddress badge clips.

Step 3: Badge Holder Customization Guideline

G1 plastic badge holder vertical or horizontal: silk screen printing on back cover.

G2R Silicone rubber badge holder vertical: silk screen printing on back cover.

G3 plastic badge holder vertical: silk screen printing on back cover.

G4 plastic badge holder vertical horizontal: silk screen printing or HD inkjet on back cover.

Step 4: Inner Paper Card and ID Card Customization Guideline

1, Inner paper card customization

Material: 250g double side coated paper

Size: 85.6*54mm (without handle)

2, ID card or use guideline paper customization

Carddress badge holder is ISO 78101D standard card ID-1(CR80) size

Length: 85.47mm-85.72mm

Width: 53.92mm-54.03mm

Thickness: 0.72mm-0.84mm

Radius: 3.18mm

Notice: G1 and G2 badge holder only insert one standard ID card plus one maximum 0.3mm paper; G3 and G4 are two card models.
