Why Heat Transfer Printing Lanyard? 2018-11-03 22:55:58
The heat transfer lanyard is designed with a pattern to make a copper plate, and then the pattern is color-engraved on the copper plate by an electric carving machine. The copper plate is then printed on a printing machine to print the pattern on the PET film, and the pattern is transferred to the product by a heat transfer lanyard machine. Printed patterns are rich in layers, bright colors, ever-changing, small color difference, good reproducibility, and can achieve the desired effect of the designer.

A, size

At present, the most popular heat transfer print lanyards are 20mm wide, and some prefer a small size that uses 15mm width. Due to the limitation of the printing process, the pattern cannot be printed on the edge, and it is required to have 1.75 mm blanks on both sides of the lanyard, and the width of the screen pattern is smaller than the width of the lanyard. The usual lanyard length is 950mm long (475mm long after folding).

B, usage

Usually heat transfer lanyard can be divided into mobile phone lanyard, U disk lanyard, MP3 lanyard, work lanyard, exhibition lanyard, ID card lanyard, brand badge lanyard, admission badge lanyard, visit lanyard, etc. The print content can be the company name, website address, main contact information, brand of the product, promotional slogan, etc., or it can be the name of sports events, concerts, business events, party names, etc. Polyester is the most versatile and most popular material in the lanyard. At present, at home or abroad, more than 90% of the lanyard on the market uses polyester. In addition to polyester, lanyard materials include nylon, cotton, recycled PET or bamboo fiber.
